Trichem Laboratories (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified specialty chemical manufacturer with over two decades of experience in esterification chemistry and high-purity solvent production. Established in 1994, the company operates an approved manufacturing facility at Additional Ambernath, Maharashtra, and is a long-standing contract manufacturing partner to leading multinational corporations.
Trichem specializes in high-purity esters and oxygenated solvents for the paints, coatings, printing inks, resins, and specialty polymer industries. Its products are widely used in PU, NC, acrylic, and specialty coating systems, and are valued for consistent quality, low impurity levels, and excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.
The facility is supported by a fully equipped in-house quality control laboratory and automated, flameproof drum filling systems, ensuring accurate filling, contamination-free handling, and safe packing of flammable solvents in certified drums, IBCs, tankers, and ISO tanks. Complete technical documentation including COA, TDS, and MSDS is provided to meet global customer and regulatory requirements.
Sustainability and carbon reduction are integral to Trichem’s operations. The site utilizes on-site solar power (130 kW), solvent recovery and reuse, and zero-liquid-discharge water management to reduce energy and resource intensity. The plant has adopted 100% circular fuel for its thermal energy requirements, replacing conventional fossil fuels with bio-based renewable alternatives and enabling direct carbon emission reduction and offset. High conversion efficiencies, optimized distillation, and waste minimization further lower the overall carbon footprint per ton of solvent produced.
With strong esterification expertise, reliable supply systems, and a commitment to responsible manufacturing, Trichem delivers high-purity and sustainable solvent solutions to the global coatings and ink industry.
